ANT 104: PEER EVALUATION ASSIGNMENT
-
You will be responsible for grading one anonymous essay written by a class peer for each phase of the World Prehistory Project (2 per week).
You can choose any of the essays from the latest phase of the WPP that you want (maybe it's an essay that helped you stuy most,
maybe it's an essay that seriously disappointed you, maybe it's completely random).
-
You are expected to offer a thoughtful and thorough evaluation of your peers' work, just as you will want from your peers when they
evaluate your work.
-
Remember, class TAs will also be grading these essays. If your evaluation is wildly different than the TA evaluation, I will assume
you have not invested the appropriate time and/or effort in the assignment, and points will be deducted from your peer
evaluation assignment.
-
To evaluate one of the essays assigned to you in your syllabus, simply click on the author's name at the top of the essay
on the World Prehistory Project page for your class section (find link under the WPP Essays menu).
